the payment for the ritual instructions . The ritual-user has
no additional costs. By accessing or using this Site in any way, including, without limitation, using or downloading any Content, or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use this Site. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates, and any Content downloaded or printed from the Site in violation of the Terms of Use must be immediately destroyed. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use. Please check the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2. Any sale or return is impossible, with the payment and download
of the instruction for the ritual.
3. Applicable right for disputes of any kind from this contractual
relation is the material right of Switzerland.
4. Place of jurisdiction is Ruswil / Switzerland.
5. As far as the law of the State in which the customer is
resident, collided with the relevant private international
law in the land of the customer, this contractual agreement
is subject to the law of the State in which the customer has
his residency. Place of jurisdiction is also in this case
Ruswil / Switzerland.
6. The application of the UN purchasing law is excluded.
7. The operator of the Domain Stoneritual.com is liable for
premeditation and negligence, because of injury of lives,
bodies or health, as well as with compelling legal liability
according to the respective regulations. Further liabilities
are impossible.
8. The effectiveness of the remaining regulations are not affected,
should one or more regulations of these trade terms are totally
or partly become ineffective. The parties commit themselves
to the agreement of an effective regulation purpose.
